After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product within the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy: Shipment processing time, all orders are processed within 7-12 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, Whatsapp or SMS.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
Damages: Katha LDN Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
